As someone in sales I have to say Spencer with was nothing but a delight to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a mattress as he's not only knowledgeable and professional but understanding of customers needs. When I walked in the showroom he was dealing with another customer and was by himself but quickly greeted and explained the best way to find the right mattress. She wasn't overbearing or pushing any type of product on me and I really liked his approach. Thanks again!
We bought a fantastic mattress from the Brick with great Black Friday sales. Spencer helped us and he was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the products and details. I’d shop there again just to get such customer service.

Very knowledgeable staff and a no pressure atmosphere. The team, Spencer and Alina represent the highest level of customer service. After a problem arising from the delivery and Assembly stage both staff have gone above and beyond to assist us in resolving the issue. Spencer’s continued customer service is nothing short of excellent.
Spencer and Alina run a fantastic business here. Extremely friendly and not pushy ever. Their interest is with the customer in mind. I will gladly reccomend this store for any first time bed/boxspring buyer. Fantastic pricing, and they always offer low delivery fees. Made a purchase for 2 beds. One king size and one Queen size. Spencer, our sales rep was very pleasant, insightful, knowledgeable and patient with us as we had a ton of questions. After providing detailed information & opinions, we made the purchase with a-lot more confidence. He made the process of purchasing the beds easier than anticipated. Definitely recommend this location and sales rep; ask for Spencer.
The most clean and organized mattress shop I have ever been! Staff are also on top of their jobs. I had a pleasurable shopping experience with Alina and I was very lucky to get the right product with a great price. They gave enough time to share their knowledge with you and to let you make your decision. During the two hours I spent in the shop, I felt I was at home.
We went to the Brick to find a mattress and we met Alina the store manager she was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient. We bought the mattress and we were able to take it home the same day, wrapped and ready for us in 20 mins. They were having a sale that day so we got a very great price, very comfortable and firm mattress just as we wanted.
Spencer’s was amazing! So helpful and very friendly. He took his time with us, very knowledgeable and didn’t rush or pressure us to purchase. His customer service was so amazing, we were kind of sad when we went else where and didn’t get the same service . We are very happy with our mattress and we are so lucky we had his help. Highly recommend this location! Ps: Alina was also very nice and friendly as she cashed us out and arranged the delivery.
The sales manager, Alina, was great to work with as she quickly solved a problem with the box spring I ordered. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to others in need of a mattress.
