Staples Dufferin

Had such a great experience at the Staples print shop thanks to Nastaran! She was super friendly and kind, even chatted with my young son which was so sweet. She really helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and the prints came out great—and earlier than expected! She made the whole thing so easy. I come here about once a year to print personalized cards, and this was definitely the smoothest visit.

I recently placed an order for a Nintendo Switch from this location and received a confirmation. However, the order was canceled because the item was not available, which is completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible, and I strongly advise against purchasing from here.nnAdditionally, I was told the refund would take four days to process. This delay is unacceptable, especially since the issue was due to their own mistake. My funds should not be held up due to their error.nOverall, this was a very disappointing experience. I hope they can improve their service and communication in the future.

Big store, well stoked, I always drop off my Amazon returns here, rarely a lineup.

I was wondering why this location has such a bad reputation and I totally get it by being there for 5 mins to do a drop off and a pick up. The guy at the shipping counter was very rude. The item I picked up, box was bit damaged, order paper was taped on the box and the staff ripped it off with no care so it lead to further damage.nBut it looks like HQ doesn’t even care about all those reviews with complains about staff. So I would not expect it will be changed any time soon or ever. I would definitely go to other location next time even if I had to drive further.

I have been to this store multiple times and am always impressed by the level of good customer service. Today at the print shop, I received outstanding service from Tabasom.nI needed a poster sized print and wanted it mounted on foam core. I had tried to do this unsuccessfully at home on the website and thus came to the store for help.nnTabasom was patient, kind, friendly and knowledgable. She went through each step with me. My prefered size was not available but she showed me a larger option which was a good solution. Although it was busy, she never rushed me or the process. She truly was amazing!
