Just had a great experience at Snuggle Bugz North York. We had an issue with our purchase and the manager (Jessica) handled the situation so well. She spent time with us trying to find a better product and left us feeling fully taken care of! Excellent customer care. We will definitely be back and recommend this location to others!!

I went to the store and ask the seller for a specific product for my toddler and She told me You need to check by yourself in that moment I had my toddler running and crying . I was very disappointment with the service because If you go to a store with a kid of course As a client needs help. I understand if the seller was busy she can ask somebody else to help me. I hope you can improve your service and consideration with your clients
