I have worked with Joseph and his team at Carrocel for many years and I cannot say enough good things about them. I have purchased many furniture items from the one of a kind sales floor, as well as numerous custom items. The quality of workmanship is next level and the customer service is excellent. I really feel like Carrocel is a partner in my design business and I would be at a loss without them.
This is a very special and unique store. They have one of a kind furniture from around the world refinished as new if needed. They also manufacture new and custom if you prefer. We purchased the most beautiful new custom 12 ft dining table and 12 chairs.
We have purchased several pieces from Carrocel with Pedro as our sales person. It was a great experience every time , exceptional quality, excellent customer service and timely delivery. We will always check Carrocel first when we are looking for another furniture item. Hard to find this kind of quality and customer service elsewhere.
Gorgeous and unique pieces ! You will find treasures galore here, I promise ! Impeccable customer service ! I have now purchased two gorgeous pieces from Carrocel Interiors. One - a Vintage Dragon Bench and the other, an Antique Curved Glass Curio Cabinet. Both are breathtaking and so unique ! Cameron is a true joy to work with ! He prides himself on his customer having a seamless experience, from initial purchase to delivery ! He went above and beyond in assisting me from beginning to end and showed such generosity when something occurred after delivery - which was beyond his control. Integrity, professionalism and pure charm are all that I experienced ! I am a loyal forever customer now ! Please never hesitate purchasing from this top notch establishment ! They are superb !

As an artist, craftsmanship, good design, and uniqueness are very important to me. I found all these features in the beautiful vintage and custom made pieces that we purchased from Carrocel. But more impressive than that is the outstanding level of customer service that I just experienced. I recently had a small issue with our dining room table. I hesitated calling the store as so much time had passed since we had purchased the table. To my surprise and delight, Carrocel stood behind their product and made immediate arrangements to deal with the issue! There are many great furniture stores in our city, but for me, a store that stands behind their product and their name and offers this high level of customer service, sets them apart from the rest and makes Carrocel Interiors as unique and wonderful as the fine furniture they sell.

I stumbled into Carrocel one day when driving in the area. They had the best selection of one of a kind and custom pieces I’ve ever seen in Toronto. I purchased a vintage pair of French mid century modern accent chairs for my living room, and the purchase process from start to delivery was seamless. The staff at Carrocel are the most helpful and genuine, you can tell they really care. An overall great experience, I would highly recommend Carrocel to a true furniture connoisseur!
Carrocel is the most unique furniture store I have even been in. Just walking through the front door you know you’re about to experience furniture shopping like never before. If you want it, they have it. If they don’t, they’ll find it. I have never seen such carefully crafted, unique furniture anywhere! The customer service is phenomenal. No awkward pressure while you’re shopping. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend Carrocel if you’re looking for items you won’t find just anywhere!
I have known Carrocel for over for the last 20years. I have never had a problem. I recently had my dining room restored. That was 6 chairs, Buffet & China Cabinet. They came back like Brand New. Also at the same time I Bought Bedroom Set. I also have always had perfect service with them If you are reading this, ask for a coffee. You will find the people can answer most of the questions that you need to know.
