The North Face

Excellent shop and superb layout, display of goods. The staff great you at the door and ask if you need assistance as you come in. I was extremely satisfied with the honest staff who recommended another business for repairs to their own garments. They have earned my business by being truthful and saving me both time and money. I recommend this location if you are looking for North Face items.

I have always had excellent service from everyone I have interacted with both when NF was at Bloor St. and now at Yorkdale. I appreciate the time Tyler and Theo spent helping me decide on the right garment for my needs.

I don't know what it is about this store. Despite being a huge outdoor enthusiast, and frequent purchaser of outdoor gear, the staff at this particular NF consistently ignore me. I've speculated as to why and decided one reason is because I am often dressed in business attire - but this is Yorkdale.

My wife called yesterday to reserve a jacket for me. She asked if it's sale or not. Tyler the store manager who got the call said he can match sportcheck price and have a higher price. When I called him back to ask if the price is right or wrong, he was sooo rude and he said " I thought I am doing you a favor, do you want the jacket or you want me to put it back to the shelves?". As if he was giving me the discount from his pocket. Although he was rude and I still wanted the jacket , I drove 28 Kms to the store met Tedros who was very polite and professional associate who mentioned that Tyler said it's final sale, as If I am buying a jacket from a Dollar store or a convenience store not a North Face jacket that worth hundreds. I really regret dealing with that store and specially regret dealing with Tyler who totally forgot how North Face customers should be treated. I got the same jacket today from Sport Check who matched their price after the sale was removed because they are a big brand and respect their clients.
