Costco Wholesale

Our family enrolled for COSTCO membership from Employee Jeffrey Fleisher , the way he handled our request was phenomenal. . He acted very fast and has complete knowledge over his Domain. His customer service was excellent. Jeff explained to us the terms and conditions of the membership, which no other employee does, because everyone just wants customers to enroll and they have no time to explain the conditions to them. I strongly believe Jeff will reach heights in his career. All the best once again. You are simply superb.

The absolute worst. I purchased tires online. They never ever answer their phone. I don’t know why they even have one. You go in store and they say go online. You go online and it says call store. You call store and it just rings forever and ever and ever and I even tried other options like administrators and whatnot but just don’t try reaching them on your phone and be prepared to spend hours there if you go in person. 😡

A great place for shopping if you are doing a wholesale for your home or your store. It's does provide you with competitive prices on wholesale items and you can actually save money and time if you go to the store once in awhile. The catch is you do have to have a membership card would probably cost around $100 at the time of this review.

I would like to address Jenny Wilsons comment specifically as she seems to be a person with NO ethics as of such. I have met Jeff and I know EXACTLY how he deals with customers. Jenny Wilson , you clearly lack the understanding of what customer service is and you expect service as if it were some luxury retail. This is COSTCO! For the peanuts you pay, this is more than enough, Jeff is doing a great job and he follows the rules . What more is required? So I think you lack the understanding of how things work, not Jeff. Go get yourself checked woman.

Not as crazy as other Costco locations I think.. Parking is quite easy as its attached to other shops in the Plaza. Shopping cart is still from 90s which makes it tough to shop at Costco! I hope they do something about it really before they lose all customers to Amazon.
