I had a great experience with Justin today at the membership desk. I was owed my 2% from last year and he did an amazing job of processing it, despite how busy it was at the time. He kept his cool and even made sure my son was issued his membership card, which I totally forgot about. Thank you for your service Justin, we appreciate you. Keep up the great work!

Everything is big and beautiful here, typically well stocked, and they have lots of kosher items if you care about that. The same problem as all Costco’s is that most customers don’t know how to walk and leave stuff everywhere, not the store’s fault.

Our visit to Costco Wholesale was fantastic! We did our shopping and, at the end, took the chance to enjoy a delicious hot dog. My mother-in-law had her first taste of authentic Canadian poutine, and she loved it! We went with the couple we are staying with and their daughter, making it a great family outing. A perfect mix of shopping and good food!

Very disappointing experience. During my visit, the store was painting the shelves while customers were shopping. The strong smell of paint was overwhelming, and I ended up getting green paint on my hand when picking up an item. I asked a staff member for help, and she said she would assist — but never came back. This kind of disregard for customer safety and poor service is unacceptable.nvery bad staff.
