Had my Surface Book replaced under Microsoft Complete without any hassle or drama. Staff was very friendly and upbeat. Overheard another employee being completely honest with their customer about when a warranty was worth it and when it wasn't - no pushy sales tactics.

Evan Caplin is probably the best employee at the Microsoft Yorkdale location. He is patient and very willing to help you with every problem you encounter. If you need help with your laptop, ask for him! The customer service I received today from him was exceptional. Such a great person!

I'll give a 5/5 on excellent customer service. The staff were really kind and helpful and I was assisted by a very nice man named Evan, Who not only provided excellent customer service but did his best to make sure my needs as a customer was met and I couldn't be any more thankful, Microsoft did a good job at picking their staffs .

It was a busy Thursday night, so I had to wait a bit until someone could help me. Once someone was available, Vince provided excellent customer service with my Xbox controller purchase.

I have 2 Microsoft tablets in the family and one (Surface 3) has been having issues since day of purchase. We've been to the store while still under warranty and no one suggested that it might be a hardware issue. Now that I am out of warranty, the tech support at the store is saying that it is a hardware issue, so I would purchase a new unit. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed. I thought they took pride in high quality of their service.
