I like to go there at night. Their metro brand frozen pizza is delicious, and their own brand orange juice is also very good. I like the discounts, it's really a good deal. I will come here often in the future. Finally, their hot food is also good

This beach is very clean and and sells all different types of food from different culturesnvery humble employees and included a kitchen and Tim’s and dry cleaning so makes it more convenient oh and the wine shop too.nI really like to do all my food purchases from this store.

They lost a customer today.nI bought a few chicken fingers and roasted potatoes, a loaf of bread, cheese, and a bunch of organic bananas. $48.nI rarely buy food from the hot counter, and today was a reminder to never do it again.nThe chicken was so stale I couldn’t even cut it, so I gave it to the dogs; the roasted potatoes, so soggy and inedible to make you gag, ended up in the garbage; the “organic” bananas tasted like detergent and one of them was rotten, as per picture. Yes, I checked few bunches of bananas before picking the wrong one, yes, I could have driven all the way there and get my money back for the disgusting food they sold at prime price, but I was so frustrated that I resolved to cut my losses and never set foot in any of their stores again. I am particularly concerned about the lack of quality control and freshness of the products offered. Selling stale and spoiled food not only undermines customer trust but also raises health and safety concerns. This is a reflection of the state of our country at the moment. Everywhere you turn you see higher prices and lower quality. No one seems to care, there’s total lack of accountability and moreover total lack of respect to people who bring their money to your store. Shame on you Metro.

Received an AMAZINGLY customer service at Floral department. The Sale Associate- Maryam is very friendly and kind. She helped me to pick the best orchid. Maryam is very passionate with her work and her plants. The role model to the store. nnFree 2 hours underground parking at the building while we shopped. Excellent shopping experience at Metro!

I have always liked this store. No issues with staff, they are all lovely. Especially at the deli counter. I recently started to weigh my meats. They are consistently off by 100 - 200 grams. This is theft. I will be contacting head office.
