Metro

Great products and services. Always good amount of cashier's and quick response. Food and produce mostly always fresh and in stock. Per any major food location, you will have the occasional spills and items shuffled no doubt they do their best to have everything in order. Fantastic flower section and pottery for on the go or as gifts. Also has a Tim Hortons, wine store, underground parking, and hot meals including freshly made sushi on the spot. They deserve the 5 stars. Also, very active with charities and other community work. Highly recommend a visit.

This store has the dirtiest public washroom of any North York food store I have ever shopped in. I have patronized this Metro outlet periodically, strictly as an act of desperation when I have almost nothing in my fridge and have found their washroom to be almost unfit for human consumption and consistently so over the last two years or more. Last night ( at about 9:00pm ) it was once again intolerable and, as usual, there was no manager on scene to complain to. The cashier was unable to assist but did sympathize with my feeling about this. The food quality and selection has always been above average but at this point, I am prepared to attend on one more occasion within the next month or so and if this situation has not been rectified, that will be my last time in this Metro store.

If I could give their hot ready to eat hot food counter a half star I would. It's good you'd give to your dog. Dry. Old and heavily overcooked. I inquired about the bacon wrapped sausage. Regular size sausage was 2$ for 1......1 sausage. 9$ for 5. Pathetic.

Very clean. Produce is good quality. VERY! helpful. I'm in a wheelchair & on my bad days I just go to the service desk & they send someone around with me.

Not the best selection but you don't get a hassle if something is not up to your standard. Good customer service. Just don't like having to go back because the oranges at the bottom of the crate were mushy.
