Best Buy

What can I say? It's a Best Buy, like all other Best Buys. This location offers nothing that makes it stand out from the rest. It's clean, well-maintained, and the staff are ready to help if they aren't tied up with other customers.

Bad customer service, they do not know there own return policies and the staff would rather talk to each other or play on their phones than help the customers Worst experience ever. This place makes me want to give every other place I have given one star to in the past a two star it was so bad.

I’ve been here before to pick up electronic equipment or printer paper and the staff has been fine. My low rating is based off of a recent experience. I went to buy a new screen protector and case for my iPhone X. They only had one kind of screen protector and it was 40 dollars. 40 dollars for a clear sticker. Their cases were also overpriced. 40-60 dollars for a phone case that had some lame logo on it or were bulky/ugly. 60 dollars for a clear piece of plastic. I went to the Rogers store not even a five minute walk away and they had screen protectors and much nicer looking cases for $20 dollars. The quality of the cases and protectors were at the same level as the ones at Best Buy. I’m all for spending money on quality, especially when it comes to protecting my electronics, but this place is clearly just trying to rip me off.

Updated review Bad and impolite I will never go back to this location i went there to renew my phone contract with fido, and they said, if you preorder for Galaxy S5 we will give you 75$ credit on the top, i preordered at that time, and they never call me to go to pick up my phone after 2 weeks i went there to see if its available and it was available, after everything done and i renew my contract, their manager said, you know what, it said Rogers Fido Samsung Galaxy S5, and it means this phone is from rogers and you cannot get the 75$ gift card!!!! after a lot of argue i said i don't want this phone anymore and cancel the renewal, than he told to the phone guy give him 50$ credit in a very disrespectful way and don't let him cancel it! I didn't get that money and cancel my renewal and went to other future shop and get the phone, and at the end they give me 75$ gift card + 59$ phone case + 35GB Memory + 49$ Screen Protector i donno exactly that manager's name, but i think they have 2manager one is an indian guy, and one is the other one[fat guy] and he was the one who did to me! i didn't know where to report it, thats why i decide to post it online

Best buy is the place I go to to get my electronics. But you find more options online..
