Staff is friendly and helpful.  I have my own negative opinion of many shipping companies as a whole, ups included, but the staff certainly makes me forget about them when they're helping me.

If you're looking for professional, courteous service while at the same time dealing with friendly people, then Adam, Amber and Min are second to none.  They've been my workplace's #1 go to for photocopying and printing jobs. They've also completed personal photocopying jobs for me and they are fast, efficient and always do an outstanding job...every time! 

You will not be disappointed if you use their services.  Thanks Adam, Amber and Min for being the "EXCEPTION" in providing "Exceptional" service!
