Awful experience. Purchased a table which was delivered damaged. Had to take photos and take the damaged part to be inspected. Once agreed that there was a manufacturing issue, we were told to drag it back home and they would pick it up and replace. Replacement was delivered with yet another manufacturing issue. Again, photos were requested. Not only were we inconvenienced by their error, I was asked to make sure packaging was in tact and everything wrapped and ready for a pickup. Are you kidding me? No apologies, no compensation, just days off from work to deal with this and they had the audacity to ask us to do further packaging so a damaged product is transported safely. Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere. Requested for management to get in touch and nobody ever did. Just a refund after the second return. Disgusting.

Has a fair selection od furniture choices at affordable pricing. You'll like it if your goal is to achieve a certain look. Not suitable for those who are looking for long term investment pieces.

It's disgusting cycle arrive damaged, try to file the claim with their nonsense customer service , and delay delivery. Structube need to have proper package design to protect all items, every single piece we order are arrive with damages...and is awful experience to deal to customer service and everyone please expect delivery date to push back a month minimum. Sad..

*****BUYERS BEWARE**** Products are good, on par price point with Ikea and better quality. However, in store staff are deceptive about their MANDATORY SHIPPING COMPANY. CSR staff focus on closing a sale but do not focus on logistics and coordinating shipping times. Make is seem easy at time of purchase but then blamed me for not being flexible with the shipping company dictating times to me 24 hours before delivery. Not sure if it's a company or location issue because if you scroll down you will see that this has been a recurring issue for years and clearly has not been addressed by the company rep who keeps thanking us for "feedback".

I like their furniture selection, price seems fair too. I'm going to order some pieces and will see how it's all gonna work. 5 stars for now.
