I frequently go there for buying bike components, repairing my bike or getting advice on modifications I want to do on my bike. The staff is very welcoming, they have experienced mechanics who are available to answer your questions with honesty (they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need) details and in a friendly manner. They have always given me good advice! I totally recommend this place.

Thank you Richard! I ordered a cannondale online from McW for my father's 79th birthday. Normally I buy local as I'm in Vancouver, but I was not able to find the just right bike. Richard gave me the confidence and peace of mind that he would make sure the transaction went smoothly. Everything arrived on time, well packaged and in good shape. The price was excellent, he was was easy to work with to accommodate my needs. If you're local in Montreal I would give them a chance and if you're shopping online I wouldn't hesitate to order from them.

Took them my bike for servicing and bought some new pedals for it (recommended by the sales associate). After spending a week trying to fix it they gave up, charged me for work they unsuccessfully tried to do. Several months after buying the pedals, I went to install them on my bike and realized that the bearings were nearly completely seized up. Unsuccessful service and sale of defective parts, needs I say more?

I went to bicycle mcw back in late September. I'm glad I did. I was able to pick up my rock mountain hybrid at a great price. It was equivalent price wise, to a specialized sirrus. With a lot more bang for the buck. I was served well, and had a quick bike fitting included. If you're looking for a bike, this store is worth the stop.

Excellent customer service. good prices. Great selection! I got my first old lady bike today. Super comfortable and easy to ride. My son got a solid hybrid that I am sure he will enjoy for years. Thanks MW!!
