Nice big shop, you can buy bikes & accessories, lots of helpful & nice staff, huge atelier in the back to fix bikes up with many people on staff so if you get a flat and need it fixed up on the spot they usually can do it. Pricing for atelier labor & parts was reasonable!. Hard to reach them by phone though, often goes to voicemail. They also have a pump & tool repair in front of the shop that they maintain and clean regularly! So unlike the city’s pumps.. this should work! Came here to fix a flat, thankfully I was nearby and they were open on a Sunday! Thing is, the installation wasn’t good cuz the next day it was flat again so I had to come back in to get that fixed. I made sure to ask that they not forget my Presto adapter - I was in a rush to leave and only when I got homne did I notice they forgot to give it back if you’re in this situation, just take it and put it in your pocket. They gave me a second onethe next time I came in so I guess that worked out but I came in a little too often in a short time frame, they’re nice but I really don’t need to be going in that often I think I just hit a series of bad luck with the shop but I think they’re good otherwise though my experience has been shaky.
We’ve been coming to this store for everything bicycle related. The manager of the store really knows what he’s doing and he is great with his hospitable services. We got a bicycle in early 2018 for le mari with his recommendation and it is serving us well for the 5th summer in a row. We have also sent our bicycles ovee the years not purchased from their store and they take care of it superbly well. Recently, we just had our e-bicycle not purchased from them for a general maintenance and fixing and Cedric took care of it like a pro for us. Service price is very reasonable and we are customers for life. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Exceptional customer service!!! I am not a biker nor desire to be one but I went in looking for a bike that would support a surfboard rack. And the entire team was so helpful, kind and patient to assist me. They were honest and gave me great insight on my needs. Eric had served me and we discussed my options. We selected the best bike and I set a deposit. That bike didn’t work but there was one that was perfect. Unfortunately, in the end I decide not on any bike as it was a bit complicated for my personal situation. BUT that didn’t change the friendly treatment from the team. Really the best customer service I have experienced in awhile. Highly recommend anyone looking for anything bike related. Keep up the great work guys! If I ever buy a bike I will come back here!
Rarely put reviews but this one is worth the time as I had an exceptional experience with this bike shop and super friendly staff. Originally came for a bike tune up and accessories, as well as questions about a future road bike. While I was there I got great advice on how to shop for a road bike and the staff also provided assistance by assembling my new car hitch bike rack - a good 30 min assembly, which clearly went above and beyond my expectations. Amazing staff with Grade A service. They have a new long term client for my future bike needs.
I had an excellent experience. I was looking for a specific type of bike and the staff were very knowlegeable and useful so I felt very confident with my choice at the end. They also helped me to equip my bike properly with my needs in mind. I am very happy with the bike and the experience I had . I will recommend this store without hesitation.
I just bought a new trek fx1 and the service at this site was incredible. All the staff were super knowledgeable and the fitting for my new bike was detailed oriented and learned a lot! I will definitely be back for all my bike needs. Highly recommend!
I drove up from Toronto to pick up my new Trek bike as this was the only location within driving distance that this particular model was available. I was a little bit worried about doing this as I had read some of the negative reviews on here and was worried that I would be driving all this way and it may not be a great buying experience. My fears were quickly put to rest as my experience today was exceptional. Samuel spent more than hour getting me fitted and helping me pick out new bike shoes and some accessories. It was a fantastic experience and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely ignore any of these negative comments and encourage people to come check this store out!
Where to begin. These employees know how to do customer service right! Knowledgable, polite, welcoming, speedy workers. It's been twice now that I have an issue with my bike and they help trouble shoot and fix it on the spot, free of charge. There's no where else I'd bring my bike, this will forever be my bike shop!
Great and professional service. They helped us more then they were supposed to to make sure our son gets his bike for bd gift. Amazing people and amazing service. We went from Ontario to pick up our bike from them. Erik was fantastic !!!!
I’ve been shopping here for the past 30 years! This is a multigenerational business presently owned by Laurent Gagnon, a man who’s passion is bicycles. Laurent knows what he’s talking about, to the point where I don’t research any longer and just ask him what he recommends, and he knows the tech side as well cause he’s also a tech. Many thanks to their master Tech Terry Smith, who’s serviced my bikes for 25 years, an honest tech who didn’t just replace parts, but fixed them as well. I highly recommend the store, and if in doubt, talk to the owner, cause he will steer you in the right direction.
