5 stars for sure, I'd give more if I could! I knew more or less the exact ebike I wanted but they do have quite a lot to choose from and I never felt pressured. I dealt with 3 people from beginning to end and all were great. Very friendly group, knowledgeable of their products and very patient in answering every single question imaginable, was an excellent experience. Loving my CR18! So thank you Robert Guimond for your well thought out, compact and urban-friendly design; has enough to get me up and down steep hills with far more ease every weekday and just plain old zipping fun, any other day! Financing is also available so that's a really great option as well!! Quantum Ebikes; I think you'll be seeing my curiously interested word-of-mouth-minions, soon enough!! Keep on being awesome...

Quantum EBikes must be one of the friendliest and most professional e-bike shops in Montreal. The team is courteous, will offer you a free test run in what will turn out to be one of the smoothest bike rides you've ever had! Excellent customer service!

Robert and the staff at Quantum were super friendly and helpful ! I had a seat problem and they went out of their way to take care of me ! Although they specialize in Electronic Bikes , they also have spare parts for regular bikes and now my new seat works perfectly ! They even insisted that I give their E-Bikes a try ! That was super fun as those bikes are a really cool invention ! Imagine that you can go on a long road trip and whenever your feet get tired of pedaling, just turn it on electric mode and you have a motorcycle all of a sudden ! I wouldn't hesitate to return to Quantum because of their excellent service and the quality of their bike parts ! Chapeau !

I had my One of a kind Solex Electric Bike tuned up with Robert and was very satisfied and happy to find someone who is so experienced and knowledgeable about electric bikes, I highly recommend to all and will surely be back!
