Ordered handlebars 2 weeks ago. My card was charged instantly yet never received the product, much less any shipping confirmation. Tried contacting them through email, and social media and haven't even received a response. Completely unprofessional and borderline criminal. DO NOT waste your time/money and find a better local bike shop to support.

If ever you need to get a new bike, GET IT FROM COURSELLE. From the first time I contacted them it was nothing but down to earth and quick communication. Since my bike was stolen I needed a replacement rather quickly, and Loc went out of his way to meet me at the space even though they were closed. When I made my choice, I was able to customise some parts since they build every bike on request. SUPER NEAT. Finally, after thinking I found my bike shop heaven, it got EVEN better. I got an email saying they'll be having a sale next week - and gave me a coupon code so I could take advantage of the sale even though it hadn't even started yet. For a company who has already made a sale reach out and give that extra discount really goes to show just how much they care about their customers. I'm super impressed with everything and obviously the bike is remarkably perfect.

Beautiful bikes and amazing customer service! All checkups are free and they provide an extended warranty on most parts. I love my bike!
