Went in for a fat bike tire change, the service was quick and they voluntarily took the time to clean my chain since it started to collect rust. Helpful staff, as well, that helped me understand the mechanism of an e bike.
Great bike shop, they have a good selection of products and staff is helpful. They helped me fix my bike on an emergency pit stop during the last snowstorm. Thanks guys!
Super service, very friendly staff--I walked in with a flat tire and walked out with a fixed tire and a fully tuned up bike... for the price of a new tire!
I was giving a private bike tour of the city for a friend from Vancouver just for the day, when I unexpectedly got a flat tire. The staff at E-2 were so welcoming & surprisingly fast, as they replaced my tire within 20 minutes. Anthony whose name I hope I spelt correctly, is the person who served me when I first walked in. He was attentive & assured me that my bike would be ready in less than 1/2 hour -- which it was. To conclude, I was thrilled with the service, which was efficient, bilingual & fairly priced. I'm glad this bike store is in the neighbourhood!
Purchased Orbea Rise H15, I did my 1st ride Tuesday, the Ebike is everything I wish, light, responsive, feels more like a normal mtb bike, barely used 20% for 22km trail ride. Merci TEAM E2!

We have been going to this place since last year for repairs on the same electrical bike, but I am in utter shock over the service I received by a worker could be manager? or worse an owner named Philip. My son was scheduled an appointment for Wed May 6th to have his brakes pads changed and bled. We placed the appointment with Nicholas from a month ago and all the information of repairs and the type of electrical bike was mentioned to him prior to arrival. It seems due to Covid, appointments are now necessary due to overload of work and they can no longer keep any bikes in the shop. It took a month wait before we were able to see anyone at the shop. Because the brakes did not work this time, we hired a delivery person with a pickup truck to pick our bike from home and bring it to the shop for the necessary repairs on our scheduled day and time. Once we arrived there, the friendly personnel took all the information down on paper for the repair, but when Philip saw the bike he said they do not repair these types of electrical bikes and insisted we leave. His brutal unprofessional behaviour towards us was beyond belief and the personnel there were also in dismay seen by the look in their eyes of his actions towards us. Nonetheless, I insisted if they are not able to replace tires that we also wanted to do, they at least repair the breaks, otherwise we would not be able to go back home. I understand the electrical bike is heavy and weighs 100 pounds, but all material on this electrical bike are bike material, breaks, etc. My son’s electrical bike is also advertised as such “an electrical bike”. They E2 Sport even sell heavy electrical bikes and even advertise they repair electrical bikes. Our friends with similar heavy electrical bikes get their bikes serviced there and highly recommended this place to us last year, so why all of a sudden he did not allow the repair of this bike this time and respect the appointment is beyond me. His excuse was the lift would break, but you did not need a lift to replace breaking pads. If they had a lift weight capacity they should have mentioned this on the phone prior to the appointment and as well it should be stated on their website that they no longer service electric bikes that weigh 100 pounds. They should have also mentioned this on the phone prior to our arrival, not have us arrive and then he refuse to service us. After a few back and forths, he wanted to only repair break pads not bleed etc., Philip allowed the personnel to make the repairs on the bike, but insisted it would be for the last time and my son’s name would now be in the system as they would never accept him again. Again I was in shock by this rude statement. After all, we did not do anything wrong, but go to service a bike that has been serviced there before. We were treated unfairly and in a very hostile unprofessional manner. Nonetheless, I let Mr. Philip enjoy the fact that he was doing us a favour and did not voice the exasperation I was feeling and neither was I going to say anything on how rude or insulting he was from the get-go. However it did not end there, after the bike was repaired, paid for it and headed out the door, he made sure to escort us to the door and remind us not to come back again. Mr. Philip needs to be trained for proper communication skills and professional customer service. It is not only unacceptable for any client but for any human being to be treated so ill by this person. So my warning is, if you own an electrical bike and wish to repair it there, think twice! They will book your appointment only to arrive and be told by Mr. Philip that your electrical bike is a motorcycle even though all parts are bike parts as he escorts you out the door with a blink of an eye, telling you not to come back again. Apart from that everyone else that works there is exceptionally nice, as well current and past repairs have always been done very well even on this electrical bike Mr. Philip deemed a motorcycle.
I wouldn’t go there if you speak English. My husband got service on the same bike as mine no problem , speaking French. The guy refused to even look at mine , over the phone. I spoke English as I know the vocabulary for bicycles better in this language. Anyhow , thanks for nothing.
