Start to finish a great experience buying my “grail” bike. Customer service Manny who was amazing! offered me incentives that sealed the deal and followed up after the sale even on the weekend to ensure I was in the loop on delivery which was bang-on the expected date. After, when I had a question post delivery the online chat experience was better than expected not a bot! and my questions were promptly answered again by Manny. All in all a great experience with special kudos to their customer service. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Fantastic bike buying experience! Nick and Cam were super helpful. Helped me figure out the exact bike for me and walked me through everything. Got a really great bike, and they even delivered it to me in Whistler the next day! Highly recommend as the prices are good, and the staff and service is even better!!

I’m very satisfied with these guys! Quick to help on the chat needed to confirm a part number and they were super fast shipping it the same day. Delivery times were very reasonable considering that it shipped from Vancouver on Thursday and I received it in Toronto on Tuesday. Bonus for the cute note on the package!

Purchased an $8000 bike online from Toronto. The bike arrived 2 weeks later than the promised date, I didn't complain. Missing accessories, gave my understanding. The bike had multiple scratches, I kept one eye open and one eye closed. But the deal breaker - a bulged chain stay with likely repainted rear triangle. My holiday had been completely ruined. Not gonna risk my safety, the bike as well as the accessories I purchased for the bike must go back. Had been trying to get in touch with the manager for weeks, the manager was first gone to some event, then on his holiday, and then caught COVID, and bad cell signals cannot call me at the booked time, blablabla. First, the manager said he would talk to me directly, but later his employee somehow proceeded with my case with "warranty replacement" rather than "return" I had been asking for. These are all fine, but after all that, the manager refused to confirm the refund amount, was not willing to take back accessories and was charging me a 10% restocking fee for accessories with return shipping on me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EDIT after one month of previous posting The Head of Operations took initiative and made the contact. With I explained to him the full story, he agreed to make the accomodations. The bike and accessories were then returned. The whole return process was completed roughly within 4 weeks after the Head of Operations took over the case. It was all pretty smooth since then. So I would say they acknowledged the problem, and did what they supposed to do. And I am gonna change my rating from 1 star to 5 star as the Head of Operation himself did a very good job for standing out, taking over my case, and corrected everything very smoothly and efficiently. Not many bike shops would have a lead doing all that, not to mention being very active, so that was Bicicletta was good about.

After years of searching, lack of inventory and overpriced bikes, I decided to give them a chance. Although I love all the bike shops in Calgary none could guarantee they could get the bike that met my budget and needs. After searching online, I found that bicicletta had the bike I was looking for. I quickly contacted them and Cam replied right away, then Josh answered all my questions in regard to fitting and such. He even took the time to transfer my measurements to the bike to ensure it was the right fit. After making sure it was the right size, we then customized the handle bars and stem. I was a bit nervous about the shipment, but the bike showed up in about 5 days after we prosses the order, one day before Christmas! All I literally did was to raise the seat and just like that my bike fit like a glove. I'm very pleased with their service, workmanship and speed. I highly recommend them! Thank you Josh for all your help and going the extra mile.

It's not easy to find the bike you want in stock these days, but Bicicletta had an Ibis Ripmo AF size large with a Jade X coil! However, I live on the other side of the country in Saint John, NB---no problem---they ship anywhere in Canada for $95.00! My bike was assembled and expertly packaged by Bicicletta and made it across Canada through multiple storms to arrive by UPS on my doorstep undamaged!

I have always used my LBS to buy new bikes, but given the current shortages I had to expand my horizon. Initially I was skeptical that buying a bike online would be as good an experience as buying in store, but Josh at Bicicletta completely blew me away. The price was great, any questions I had were quickly answered, and the bike arrived as advertised. I looked through many sources and suppliers for the right gravel bike for my needs and budget. Found it at Bicicletta. They answered my questions quickly through online chat and I placed the order online. There was one small hiccup with inventory availability that the Bicicletta team solved within an hour. Bike got shipped and arrived safely as planned. First ride on it was today. Easy, peasy. I'm a fan of shopping local and support my local bike shop but when inventory isn't available for months to years it's good to know that there are great people like Bicicletta you can count on.

Used to love the shop when they had a walkin store. COVID helped them change there business model. I personally don’t like that, I used to enjoy going in and chatting, buying bike parts and getting my bikes assembled by them. They have some of the best mechanics and knowledgeable staff. Even meet these guys riding their bikes around town. Would of given them 5 stars but online part kills it as if I wanted an online store and delivery I have other online stores I can get the same services. I miss the beautiful in store set up.

This place is awesome. Just moved to Vancouver and I’ve been to this shop twice. The staff are super friendly and really care about you. They give great advice and never try to push their products but instead help you with anything even if the solution is recommending another shop. Cant say enough about how impressed I am with their customer service. I will definitely be coming back and giving them my business.
