Quite disappointed. Usually Best Western hotels are dependable, but our experience with this one was less that spectacular. The room was either too cold or too hot. The pool was small and cold. The exterior door in the pool area was leaking so badly that half the room was freezing. Breakfast was sparse. Waffles and hash browns we're good, but muffins etc were rock hard... Overall thumbs down. We would not stay here again.

I’ve been staying at this Best Western location for at least 10 years because the entire chain is smoke-free, the beds are so comfortable, the breakfast is good, I can get my workout, swim and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rates are competitive especially when you consider all that you get; as well as a reduced rate for multiple days. Being a member of Best Western, which doesn’t cost anything, gives me a free night every now and then. It’s an easy choice to make.

This is a nice hotel. It has good service and a salt water pool. I go there to meet my parents that stay there all the time from outside of the city. The beds are firm and the hotel and rooms were clean.

Hotel was conveniently located for our travel- very central. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool is great for family use- my son and his friends quite enjoyed the water slide. Fitness Center is well equipped (although I did leave after I felt how cold it was inside!). The Breakfast Room offers a hot breakfast daily (scrambled eggs, ham or sausages, hash browns, make your own waffle, oatmeal with assorted dried fruits, fresh fruit, canned fruit salad, toast/bagels, juices, yogurt) Lots to choose from. In the evening there was always hot soup available- a pleasant surprise. Staff was always pleasant (especially the breakfast room lady) I would definitely stay here again if ever in Winnipeg .

Stayed the night for the pool and waterslide. For young kids it's a nice break from the winter cold. Pool is saltwater so you don't get write the chlorine blast as you do with other pools. The pool isn't huge but it's big enough for kids to have fun. The suites are clean and have a mini fridge for guest use. The breakfast bar has a lot of options including eggs, sausages, and waffles. Overall a decent place to stay whether passing through or just trying to get away for the cold.
