Very disappointed. Wouldn’t allow my two elderly parents to watch their grandkids swim for less than an hour. Literally the only hotel aside from all inclusive resorts that requires wrist bands and guests to be “registered” to even sit on a chair near the pool but can sit on a chair in the lobby? Makes zero sense especially seeing as though we’ve done it here before. I’ve highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone before and will never again. Kids were literally running up the slide stairs and flying down it, cutting in line. The worker who came into the pool did nothing but bother me about having a drink near the pool. The rules say no drinks or food in pool area which tons of people had. Also bothered me about my wristband when I saw at least 5 or more other adults not wearing one. The staff used to be very friendly and accommodating and unfortunately this is no longer the case. Will never stay here again.
We started coming here 5 years ago and it’s become our home away from home. The front desk staff and management are wonderful, Linda always welcomes us like family. The rooms are clean, beds are soft and pillows are comfortable. The saltwater pool is the warmest pool we’ve found in the city and our kids love it. Of course we always enjoy starting our day with a visit with Savita and her wonderfully prepared breakfast. The entire team goes above and beyond to see we have the best stay every time. A great place to stay! Highly recommended! The service was exceptional from the front desk, to the people taking care of the breakfast area, to the maids. All of them couldn't do enough for you and very professional at all times. We will most definitely be back!
Excellent stay-cation here! We had such amazing customer service, everything was so clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool was so so fun for our kids. We will be back!!
We stayed at this location because the kids wanted a waterslide, and the reviews were mostly positive.nThe most comfortable bed I have slept on in a hotel this year over 10 hotels in the past 3 monthsnSalt pool was a delight. Hot tub worked well, and the breakfast was exceptional. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. I would definitely return for a little staycation, or recommend to travelers going through. Conveniently located on the 42 which makes is easy for those coming in from the US at the Emerson border crossing.
