We strive to give everyone the very best that we possibly can to provide an incredible experience both on and off the water. It is, in our obviously biased opinion, the best fly-in fishing lodge experience in Manitoba... or even Canada! We call that the "Aikens Experience".

Top notch facilities, guiding and service. One of the best most relaxing vacations I've ever been on. The guides are fantastic and we caught fantastic fish and ate well the entire time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

A family owned & run business, this remote lodge has perfected a "Fantasy Island" for serious fishermen combined with a nature lovers ultimate escape... making ALL types of guests feel genuinely welcomed! From the incredibly warm reception line upon arrival at the docks, leading up to the smallest of details, this team did not miss a single beat during our visit. The accomdations were impeccable, food was urban cool/fresh, the guides were very skilled (so fun & unyieldingly patient), all amenities were on point and the staff was a real joy to interact with (....all the way down to the tiny toddlers & the friendly lodge/family watch dogs). I arrived with no expectations and was "WOW'd" at every turn. With a past life career in hospitalty, my critical vacation bar was raised so high by this experience, that I can only hope to return again to share it with other members of our family & friends. Albeit almost a full year later, the feeling I left with still brings a huge smile to my face. Just the thought of my #aikenslakewildernesslodge experience takes all of my day to day stresses away. Thanks again gang for the vacation experience of a lifetime!!! Until next time...Cheers.
