A wonderful and warm hotel. Very clean and well maintained. All the hotel staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. A great place to call home for a few days. Will stay there again in the future.

Love this hotel! Had a great night stay and the employees are all very helpful and nice! Very accommodating! The rooms are AMAZING! Will definitely stay there again!

The people and property were excellent. The grounds are kept up nicely and yet they are very lenient about the rules as to where you park on the grounds and what you have on the grounds. As an example when we were at the Antique tractor bridge crossing, a couple years ago, they let us drive our tractors anywhere on the property. We could park near our rooms to watch the tractors as a security measure. There seemed to be something similar at the lighted semi truck bridge crossing, on our last stay. Every one appreciates it, as none seem to take advantage of the freedom allowed. The evening campfire is an excellent place to meet other guests, and eat and drink and relax on the campus. The lakeside setting is great and sleeping there is easy. Thank you! Best Western, Jim

Our experience at Best Western Harbour Pointe Lakefront was excellent. Our room was very up-to-date, with a great Jacuzzi bathtub and huge bed. Our balcony had a beautiful lake view and we watched a fox sneak around on the hill behind the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great and had more options than I'm used to seeing. They had a sign that they had special dietary food available upon request, which was considerate. Room service was good and we came back to our room looking very fresh every day.

Stayed in room 183 in the superior bldg, great location. Nice big room, clean. Updated. Beds were comfy. Great view of the lake if you were outside of the doorway. Easy access to outside pool and hot tub. Short walk to indoor pool which was very nice. Breakfast was good, lots of choices ( waffles, biscuits/gravy, sausage, scram eggs, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bagels, pastries).got very crowded but girls did an amazing job keeping stocked and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
