Best Buy

Great customer service! Good return policy. Lots of options. You can’t go wrong to visit if you need electronics. No wait lines for checkouts and they have game consoles set up to play a little bit to test try. Also good for kids. Would recommend for a visit.

Some of the sales staff was great. But one of the individuals who assists with carrying and loading items into your car after purchase was aloof, rude and careless with the item (television). This is really unacceptable and the store should manage and at least teach some of the staff about courtesy, along with simple and polite communication that is essential to customer service. Amazing how some people are sorely lacking in these areas. This sours the shopping experience and motivates one to shop elsewhere.

Has a great selection but generally staff are in their own world. Tried to call this location many times only to have no one ever pick up. I have called other best buys and they pick up. I literally just left the store, saw that it wasn’t busy, forgot to ask something so I called on way home (about 6 times), not a single person and picked up.

Great location, just outside Scarborough town centre. They have everything you can think of. It's a large store with good stock of things whenever I come in.

I've shopped at this best buy plenty of times and never received this kind of service. I entered the store at 1:56 pm and did not leave until almost 5 pm. I knew what I was going for, but I browsed anyways just to make sure. I watch these men walk around me and never asked if I need help. They would look at me and look away. I took photos to prove their idleness. We pay big bucks for these workers to stand around instead of doing their job. If the item boxes were there for me to grab and pay for that would have been best for to avoid this situation. I was able to capture pictures of these workers in action doing nothing. Thanks Best Buy for your ard work! I wish Futureshop still existed.
