One of the best location of Visions Store to shop a wide range of electronics. Very friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Great deals offered by each and every sales associates on the floor. I have got an amazing deal across province of Ontario when I wanted to buy a new phone. I have got a smart watch in the deal upon the purchase. Would surely visit the store again for other products too.
I had a great experience at Visions Electronics. Jamal was very knowledgeable about the products, and helped me to find earphones within my price range. He was friendly and funny which helped make it a pleasant experience.
This place went from one of the best to the worst over the years… The staff are shameless... what has happened to this place?! The management team including Raj need to be overhauled with new competent workforce. The rep didn’t care at all, he lied that they have it in stock and made me pay then he said it’s in Vaughan location so he gets his commission secured... not to mention lying they have the product in stock to get you in the door… I hope upper management takes major action on this location… dishonesty is not right..
The best deals for the electronics are here and ask for DAZZ to get the best of those deals! I recently got this Gaming TV that I was looking for a very long time and I got this at a very sick price. I got a whole bundle of TV, sound bar and firestick and it feels sorted now. I have recommended 3 friends of mine and they all got crazy deals from Visions! In a hurry? look nowhere else!
I had a great experience while visiting to visions electronics. A guy named bhavi gave me the best possible deal. Also they take care after you purchase product. And their prices are better than others.
Just want potential customers for this store know clearly about their 60 day price match policy. It’s for member only.you can sign up online the first 30days you can get refund the difference. 31-60days, you will get store card for the difference. It was not mentioned on the paper and no explanation at the point of sale. Experience in store was fine but there was a little disappointment about not clarifying the policy details at the beginning.
The staff here are super helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me test the product and made sure everything was perfect! Rashid really provided great service, definitely talk to him if you need help!

Pass overall, but still room for improvement, Jamal helped me in choosing a stereo head unit, is a hustler and convinced me into getting one with less features ie; Non-wireless CarPlay/android auto for a more expensive stereo, I guess you can call it upselling? I got the extended warranty for 3 years because he sold me the last of a DEMO unit and to support the salespeople that grind because they also depend on people buying the extended warranties. Where the whole disappointment and dissatisfaction escalated is when I tried to have the system swapped out at their in-house installer/technician garage. On the day on my install show up at my time of appointment and was delayed, waiting just to speak to the technician. Once he had finally arrived he did his own upselling to the tune of an extra $500 in extra parts and labour after I had paid everything to install with the unit already. I walked out with the stereo head unit and went to a professional audio tech to have it installed in half the time the staff @Vision’s had initially quoted me and for ONLY $100 ALL IN! And everything seems to be working as expected. This place is okay for products and deals but at the same time terrible at scamming/upselling as they blind side you with unnecessary hidden fees and structure. They are short staffed & lack of training per department & need to have double the # of persons on the floor from moment they open doors since that’s a really busy area. *Not to mention spam emails for which if you unsubscribe I’ve read in forums it strangely VOIDS the warranty. SO IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING, BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AND ITS SHADY PRACTICES.
