This place is a heaven of great deals on domestic appliances, with no tax. The owner is a jolly good fellow with great advice and honors the warranty, did I mention no Tax! Check here first before going to other big stores. The savings are big and the items also come with warranty.

I would have to say, it certainly has a large supply of open box, gently used merchandise, and it definitely beats price wise any big box store that carries new products. I got an open box never used humidifier for less than half the price new!

Wasim sold me washer dryer combo. Showed me a good set of Samsung but shipped the one that was dented. So beware they show the good set but ship from their warehouse at the back the ones hard to sell.

Purchased washer and dryer, open box, unused, small scratches from likely previous transport, as can be expected with open box. Price was better than anywhere. No problems with the store, employees or merchandise so far, knock on wood. Will strongly consider additional appliances from them in the future. Edit: have since purchased a microwave, it was also about 1/2 price of big box and was in new condition

I didn't evenhave to leave my house to get my brand new fridge. Just made a phone call told them what I wanted e-transfered the money and received my fridge the same day with no food spoilage. I received excellent customer service from Wasim. You will not find a better deal any where else. Thanks again for the excellent service and prices.

terrible store. they sold me an upright freezer $50 more than they advertised on kijiji. the freezer need to go to the basement, they sent one guy to do two guys’ job and $120 delivery fee was charged. after that when I chean the freezer later, I found the drawer at the bottom is broken. a piece of plastic fell off. I called the store next day, the guys on the phone told me that’s not broken, the freezer is new, they will not replace the drawer, the warrenty is not covering. do not purchase from them. horrible experience.

Very cluttered. I bought an alarm clock, a hand vacuum and a smoothie maker on 3 separate occasions here and all of them were defective. The staff are rude and followed me around like a suspected shoplifter. When I tried to return the smoothie maker, the man gave me a hard time, like I was scamming him. On a positive note, I got a great price on a 12000btu a/c which seems to be working perfectly so far.

I was looking for a portable washing machine for my small apartment, found this warehouse and got a brand new portable washer for $349 no tax! I was looking on kijiji and most of them were over $200 used! This warehouse is full of electronics!!! They have good deals would definitely go back!!! I have had no problem with them. I bought a portable washing machine, it was good for a few weeks then flooded my apartment. I called them they said bring it in so I did. I also got a 3 month warranty. The next day they called around 1pm and said it was ready to be picked up, all it was, was a loose hose. They fixed it and now it's back to how it's supposed to work amazing

They don’t offer any refund to your card and deduct 13% from the refund if you pay by credit card, and offer only cash. I paid money for an ac and I asked for a refund as I got better price at Bestbuy and when asked for refund they told me to come back the next day and when I went and asked them to refund on card they simply said it’s a 1 hour long process and they can’t take payments as they have only one machine and offered refund by cash with 13% deduction.

Purchased a Smart TV from here also paying extra for insurance. In under 2 months the TV started having connection issues, also started having system problems with downloading application, and resetting all saved data. We went back to the store to ask for help, not only did they not replace the TV, but they refused to repair it in anyway. I’m now working with a TV that isn’t functioning as a smart TV, but also can’t even connect to a PlayStation or laptop through HDMI. The TV is worse than a regular TV from 10 years ago. Horrible customer service and horrible products.
