I came in looking for information on an external hard drive and some technical questions and help regarding it. I clearly explained what I was looking for and what I needed help with. Working in sales and customer service myself I am not sure how much clearer I could have been to the staff. Instead of helping me with the product I wanted to purchase the sales representive asked me what ISP I was with an attempted to get me to sign up with their ISP. They simply pointed at the product and I had to ask for it to be unlocked out of the case to even look at it. When I asked for more information I was told to look on YouTube. When at the point of sale I was asked again about my ISP even after asking what it had to do with the product I wanted and I had to ask again what it had to do with what I needed. Train your staff in knowledge about your products and how to listen the needs of your customers. Help with what they need first before making weak attempts at upselling other products when you haven’t even helped with what I came in for in the first place.

The absolute rudest customer service. Supposed to be open at 10, waited outsite for 30minutes while a worker sat on his phone instead of opening the doors, when i called the store to ask if they had my product (since id already waited 30 minutes) he rudely picked up, didnt look for my product and quickly answered no hung up and went back to his cell phone. Will not be returning.
