Worst service ever. One was playing solitare on computer other guy chatting with his buddy. After waiting 10 minutes for help went to Best Buy and bought my tv from them

Great selection of tv's, clean layout and competative prices. But after a minute of talking to a sales guy he kept showing me tv's out of my price range and even took a tv i was interested in and put it by the door. My wife and I didn't like this so we left

I have bought an open box 43" LG TV from the store. The next day i have returned it due to sound quality of the speakers. The sales people tried to convince me that the sound is fine. I just found them dishonest with their sales approach. bought the exact same TV brand new for the same price at Walmart for the same price.
