Service on the weekend was not good. I was told they were getting a monitor on display for me. 15 minutes later the guy is helping someone else and completely disregarded me. Went back on a week day and called first so they could get the monitor down and ready for me. Service was okay then. Got it home and they gave me the wrong power cord. I don’t no how that happens when you had to unplug it from the display. Why am I now going back for the third time in a week 😡

{Preface: This 5 Star Review is more for the individual who assisted me during an order.} Shipping times, and delivery times regarding this place...Are abysmal. I placed an order over 5 days ago with regards to a couple of items was updated as back-ordered, however with no additional time, contact, or assistance....This, by itself should give this current location a pretty bad review. That being said, shout-out to Marc who helped me over the phone with the cancellation of said order. It was a simple 2 minute convo, within which he not only mentioned the order, the status, the outlook (of exactly what is coming, how good they are, etc.), but also provided quick support with regards to cancellation. If anyone at Canada Computers sees this particular review, PLEASE, make sure Marc gets a promotion or a raise or something for his helpful assistance! TL:DR: To all future consumers of this particular location, seek out Marc for assistance.

Its ok, decent prices and selection. More than enough staff members, but none of which want to help you beyond pointing you into the general direction of your desired product. If the staff provide a more personable experience and guide you from beginning to end, clients will return more often and your sales will also increase, just a thought. You may even need less staff members if the quality of the individual staff performances improve.

I bought a External DVD player and needed help. Canada Computers do not stand behind the products they sell. My DVD player didn't work properly. I went to the Kennedy Rd location to get help. They said I had to send it myself. They gave me the number to contact. It ends up being a cellphone repair company called FutureTel (905 415 2388). If any customers reads this post do not buy anything from Canada Computers. Canada Computers do not stand behind their products This company gives the wrong phone number to get something fixed? I spent over $2K at Canada Computers. And I get this CRAPPY customer service. You are WARNED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CANADA COMPUTERS.

I wouldn't say the worst customer service here...but it seemed like the people who worked there didn't care about finding out what the customer was actually looking buy, despite the fact that customers asked the questions showing notions to buy something. Realized it's not a sales environment, which is completely fine. On the contrary, they are not discouraged from having any sorts of arguements with the customer - even though the "customer" did not demand anything but an explanation to something. Anyways, happy shopping to the customers of CC and happy selling to guys at CC.
