Honestly, words don’t do justice to the customer service here. From the front desk to the tech department, every single person is amazing hardworking, honest, and genuinely caring. They didn’t make me feel like just another customer; they made me feel like family. This is the only place in all of Canada I’ve been to where people aren’t trying to squeeze money out of you. Instead, they actually take the time to help you and guide you in the right direction. The energy in this store is unreal positive, welcoming, and real. I love this place, highly recommend it, and without a doubt will recommend it to anyone I know. I’m never stepping into Best Buy or any other store again for this kind of stuff. I bought my pc, my brother bought it and his gf and my wife is about to buy one gaming pc. So far all the product they sold is more than solid. These people have earned my loyalty for life. Thanks guys I truly appreciate you all.

Came in looking for a generic power adapter for one of my work tools. No one offered to help me for over 30mins. When someone arrived to help it was to see if I was stealing in the store. They were on the phone with whoever was watching me on camera and mentioned they saw me put something in my left pocket… it was my phone. Then they didn’t apologize or show any positive attitude.nnThis store never takes the initiative to help. Very disappointed.

We went to pick up an item that is purchased online at the Scarborough location. The staff member Huy was professional and exceptional. His customer service was most infectious. The guy there was so nice and helped me get all the parts for a build. He didn't even try to convince me to spend more even though that's what everyone does. He actually told me to spend less money on aesthetic so I can save a little more on performance. Overall lowered the cost and it still looked great‼
