Very friendly staff. Sold me a product that did not work as described. They blamed Roger's Cable. Rogers blamed them. I asked for my money back for the product. ($225.) They gave me only $180. back. Claiming restocking fees. Also lost the $15. Charge for the month even though I only used 3 days. Totally not happy. Do not buy cable t. v. products from them. They don't work properly.
