Archambault

I placed an order online for a delivery. I needed 3$ more to get the free delivery so I added a small pack of candy. Not only did I get the order late, it arrived in 2 separate deliveries with the candy arriving in a huge box filled with paper. Was disappointed to see Archambault is not more careful with waste it generates.

Great place to get DVDs. I like getting tv shows. Update: July 9, 2022 still a great place for me to get my dvds for my shows.

Good selection of books, cds, movies and video games. This is also a great place to shop for specialty gifts and board games. The instruments section at the back of the store is really nice. Staff is polite and knowledgeable.

Not a real music store, the employees know nothing to little about any of their own products, and put in zero effort to get a sale. The employees are either watching youtube videos or trying to learn how to play the piano.

Went to the Ste. Dorothée Archambault to exchange a book that I had received as a gift and Jean-Philippe, the store manager, was very helpful - he directed me to the Archambault on Le Corbusier where I dealt with Sonya store manager and where I also received excellent service! Thank you both for your efforts!

I usually buy my movies over there for the good quality and service

4 times out of 5 I go to buy guitar strings they don't have in stock. I recommend going to Long McQuade instead.

Store manager not very useful but the staff is great the only reason I gave one BCS she is not polite and does not care about costumer satisfaction
