PANDORA Jewellery

Not a great place to shop, service was not good. Looked like I bothered one of the employee's when I asked a question on an item I wanted to purchase that they did not have in stock. It seemed like it took everything for the employee to look and see where I can purchase the item at another store. Would not return to this store.

Google says it closes at 8pm on Monday, I come there at 6h30, store is already closed and I wasted a metro ticket for that...

Talk about all over bad service. 4 girls on the floor, one was with a client , and you could see it's going to take long. I work downtown , I'm on my lunch break I wanted to buy a few rings. I never got a hello, so I walked to the 3 girls and I waited a few seconds before she decides to actually to talk to me so I started the conversation. I asked her , can I see some rings, she points me To the other girl who is already helping clients. I mean really?! Ok well I'm done with pandora. I guess you sell enough , you don't need my money....

I happened to randomly enter the store during a promotional event and as busy as it was, it went well and fast. The girls know their charms and actually suggest and show you something you could be interested in. They also work very well together. Of all the pandora experiences, this one was my favorite. I highly recommend.

Bought from this store and generally liked the service. The saleswoman by the name of Linda was very rude and condescending in the way she spoke to me. I had thought my new leather bracelet was defective as it had a scratch so I thought the leather was breaking and she treated me like I was stupid. She had said "it's paint sweetie, it's just the paint coming off, have you ever seen a blue cow". A simple matter a fact statement in a polite fashion would have sufficed. Was not impressed with the service and may not shop there again.
