i came down for 2 set of passport photos. The gentleman who looked after me was a true photographer professional. ensuring you have just the right type of pictures for every country is no small feat. Appreciate how well they took care of my needs. btw - in terms of finding the shop - it's on the same level as the Metro on the East side of Eaton Center. Realize the shop name is different somewhat from what is said on Google.

I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place - I got disposable camera film developed and the gentleman who helped me was very kind and made sure to help me get my photos on time despite it being inconvenient for him. It’s a very well stocked store with lots of services.

Service is terrible; rushed, cold, unwelcoming... They don't repair in store so you have to pay extra for cameras to be sent out and they don't refund that amount even if you have the repairs done !! Repairs took way too long - over a month in my case. I left my camera with them, containing an bran new empty memory card inside 'since recognition of card was the problem and was given back WITHOUT card !!! They argued they don't take memory cards when repairs are to be done, so in the end, they stole mine... If I could have given 0 stars I would have... KEEP AWAY FROM THAT PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I took my Nikon D90 in for repair after taking it to another place only to hear there was an issue with the mirror and it wouldn't be an easy fix. Nonetheless, I called this place ahead of time to explain the issue and they told me to bring it in. As a DSLR novice, I was hesitant but I'm so glad I did! Not only did they resolve the issue on the spot turns out it was an electronic issue, not a mirror issue, but they did so free of charge! The staff was friendly and forthcoming, I would definitely return should I have any issues with my camera in the future.

Went there to get passport pictures of my 2.5month old. Was sent away at first because he was sleeping - this isn't a problem for passport pics for babies. Came back, had to wait for 15mins before we got served. Took the picture really fast, I didn't get to see the picture. Payed way too much for the pictures. Was told to come back in 15 to pick up the pictures. THEN he asked what they were for and let us know we probably had the wrong size pictures... So yeah... Payed too much and will have to find another photographer to get smaller pictures for his European passport. Sigh. The picture itself isn't bad though, but the paper it was printed on isn't branded? So no way to be sure of the quality.

I also had problems with foreign passport pictures. The photos were not the right size too much of a close-up, even though I specifically told the employees which country they were for. I also told them that the passport office was in a different city and proceeded by appointment only, and so if the pictures weren't right the first time, I couldn't possibly come back to get them re-done there is a no refund policy. One of the people at the counter was kind of rude to me, he said "you'll get exactly what you want", acting like I didn't know what I was talking about. The bottom line is they gave bad photo service and bad customer service.

Just bought a Mini Portable LED light kit from the manager of the store. Already, he did not seem at first like he wanted to help me. I kept asking form my list of things if he had the product I needed. And now, the product is not even in a good quality where the product is defective. The cost was for almost 100$. I have called and cannot return the product. The only thing they can do is to replace it....

Go somewhere else or you will get scammed, the prices are insane. An SD card that you will find for 25$ at bestbuy nearby or 15$on amazon is sold 70$ here for example. You will also be unable to return anything you buy there once you realized you payed way too much since their return policy excludes cameras, lenses, accessories, batteries and films, in other words, anything they sell.

I bought a battery for my camera on Friday. Went back for refund on Monday as it was not working in my camera. Both attendants said that there was no refund. One of the attendant even lied at me saying that they told me on Friday that this was not refundable while this is not true. The other one admitted he did not say anything then said, I should have asked!! I tried to explain that the problem was with my camera and I initially thought that I had to change the battery and even if I was given a new battery it will not work. They kept on saying to take another battery and try it in my camera. I did not receive any refund and was forced to take a credit note. In addition, I just checked on internet and realised that bought the battery for $40 while the price in other shops is 2 for $20!! What a scam! Will not recommend this shop to anyone and I will never go there anymore.

I dropped my camera, shattering the UV filter on the end of my lens. The helpful staff persevered with helping me remove the damaged filter and sold me a replacement at a reasonable price. Fortunately the damage was limited to the filter and I can continue taking photos while on my travels
