Bienvenue à l’Auberge de la Gare, située en plein cœur de la ville de Gatineau (secteur Hull), à moins de deux kilomètres du Casino du Lac Leamy.

Story

Nous sommes à quelques minutes du centre-ville d’Ottawa, des meilleurs restaurants de la région, du Parc de la Gatineau, des pistes cyclables, de nombreux terrains de golfs et des centres commerciaux.

Parmi nos 42 chambres, nous retrouvons 21 chambres à 1 lit Queen, 16 chambres à 2 lits Doubles et 5 chambres à 1 lit Queen avec bain tourbillon.
Pour agrémenter votre séjour, nous vous offrons gratuitement le petit-déjeuner continental, le stationnement, les appels locaux, l’accès à Internet sans fil haute vitesse ainsi que les canaux SuperÉcran et Movie Network.

Afin que votre expérience chez nous soit des plus mémorables, toutes nos chambres sont équipées d’un petit réfrigérateur, d’une cafetière et de café, d’un séchoir à cheveux et d’oreillers de plumes. De plus, une attention particulière a été portée à l’isolation lors de la construction afin d’assurer votre tranquillité. Nos chambres sont aussi climatisées, et le réglage de la température se fait dans chaque chambre.

It's a lovely budget-friendly hotel. I always stay here when visiting my mother. I love how clean and quiet the hotel is. The staff are always super helpful and nice. Personally, I have never left this hotel unhappy. It's a great location for those who want to visit Ottawa without paying downtown hotel prices as it's literally a 35 minute bus ride away, or 15 minutes drive.

Great hotel. Great prices, comfortable room, easy and free parking, free continental breakfast, walking distance to pizza shop, willingness to speak English, close to the bridge back into Ottawa. I'm not a hard person to please and this was a great place. Already recommended to friends who are visiting the region. Would definitely stay here again. Road to hotel is extremely rough and in bad shape, be careful.

Me and my girlfriend booked ourselves a suit last night (13th of january) . We arrived at the hotel around 4-5pm left our stuff in the room and left to go out. By the time we were out, our friends called and told us that we could stay the night at their place. So we went back to the hotel and ask politely the women at the reception if there is anything we could do not to pay the whole room because we are not going to stay. We even offered ourselves to pay a cancel fee not to make any trouble. The women at the desk said to us that there is nothing she could do because we used her room and now we have to pay for it. We asked politely again and even apologized for the inconvenience, but she always kept shouting the same thing over and over. The fact that we used her room that we only left our stuff inside to go out. I told the lady that I understand that probably that is the hotel’s policy and I apologized again , but again she kept shouting the fact that we used her room and now we have to pay for it and there is nothing she can do. We went upstairs took our stuff and immediately left. This was my first time staying at this hotel and i’m pretty sad that this was the way it worked out. There are more polite ways to talk to someone, she is the face of the hotel

Clean rooms. Friendly reception. Continental breakfast excellent. Older hotel that is renovated. WiFi. Price average.

It was a nice little hotel with an alright location 5 minute drive to Ottawa 5 minutes to the casino, had a Walmart and dollar store close by, the room came with 6 pillows per bed and they where by far the best pillows I have ever used in a hotel.
