Didn't show up for 50 mins so had to take a $50 uber instead

I had an important interview scheduled for 9:30 today. I called a taxi around 9 because of subway delays that occurred both at finch station and at north York centre station. It took half an hour for the taxi to show up. While I was waiting, 3 beck taxis passed by... For advertising themselves as being a veteran North York taxi service, this is unacceptable service.

Had a Jays game at 1:07, called at 12 for a taxi and it's currently 1:14 and still waiting on the taxi. Not impressed.
