This is the busiest rail station in Canada serving over 300,000 daily passengers. It is where visitors arrive into the city by way of rail from numerous locations throughout the country. It is also a historic landmark building constructed in the 1920s, architecturally considered the finest example of Beaux-Arts style in Canada.nnThe column fronted facade of the main hall is impressive to view from Front Street. The interior is also grand in scale and makes for a fine place to take a few pictures and to imagine what it was like during the heydays of the 20th-century, purchasing tickets at the old booths or arriving/departing Toronto from this location.nnThe Path is connected to Union Station, there are a fair number of retail shops and eateries attached. There is direct Skywalk connection to the Convention Centre and CN Tower sightseeing area and a Tourist Information Centre on sight as well.

Do NOT use this taxi outside Union station: BIG SCAM! Wanted to charge me $45 for a 12 min ride from Union. THERE WAS BARELY ANY TRAFFIC! I was late to work so i HAD to take it. I only had $40 cash to give him. I had someone else at night and there was more traffic but he only did me $30. Man is CRAZY!

I support self serve things but come on metrolinks... no customer service but tons of security. I just want to ask a question. Its after 9 am that shouldn't be hard to do. At the durham location they had marked customer service agents. These ones say security so I didnt want tk ask and just stood looking confused for a bit hoping they'd ask if I needed hell but they just talked how one guy reminds her of the other guy a d thats why they're besties but he went to jail and the other guy didnt. I caught all that and was not subtle looking like needing help but had tk walk away. I just walked back through they immediately helped someone elsenWow it is customer service e... They seemed more comfortable I guess due to skin colour? He didnt ask anything was just helped immediately. Ilm try again. Will update rsting if they say anything

,nI asked a station employee for the westbound train to Oakville and was told to go to Gate 12.nnThe train there was eastbound, which caused me to miss my correct train and wait an extra hour.nnWhen I returned to explain, the employee claimed I asked for eastbound, which is not true.nnThank you for reviewing this issue.
