Terrible Service! I processed a booking online but the service did not show up. I tried to call multiple times, but received an automated message, however I could not leave a meassage as the inbox was full. I did receive a phone call from their number but they did not answer. 
Terrible service. I will not use this company again.. nor will I recommend them

Terrible experience.  Booked a car online and didn't receive a confirmation email so I phoned and spoke with a person who then took all my information again and confirmed the car for the next day.  Next morning at 6am when the car is supposed to pick me up, nobody shows up.  I call the 24hr number and it goes to voicemail, left a message, nobody called me back... no car, no call back, total lack of customer service.

These guys provided me very  good Limo service, they are very professional and their chauffeurs are well mannered and helpful. i would recommend my colleagues and to my  family. I will use Airport Limo Toronto again, when i come back to Canada.
