Royal Taxi

VERY grateful for the great service by Royal Taxi today!!! I went to a Hospital downtown to help a friend who had hip surgery get home. I brought her outside the Hospital in a wheelchair and took the first cab in the lineup - Royal. The driver, a really friendly and helpful African gentleman took his time helping me get her into the car then when we got to her building, knowing she was in lots of pain and had to use crutches, he drove up onto the curb as close as possible to the front door, came out the driver seat and helped me get her out. Thank YOU, Driver, for your help today. I really appreciate it :) EVERYONE, Despite all the bad reviews Royal seems to have, the experience one has with ANY company can really only be judged on a 1 to 1 basis. In MY case, I must give credit to my driver today who it seems by these reviews may be one of the VERY FEW good drivers?!?!

I've lived in Toronto 40+ years. First time that I ever had to file a formal complaint. Absolutely awful driver. Cab # 404. Lied about having a fare. Didn't like our destination. Chucked change back at us. Should not be on the road.

Booked Royal Limousine and had a horrible experience with the driver and even worse with their head office. - A different vehicle was provided than the one that was agreed upon - driver threatened to leave our party since we were running a few minutes behind - driver did not read contract and began to drive us in the wrong direction - sunroof of vehicle was leaking in heavy rain - was significantly overcharged a wait fee - poor communication from head office (Nadya, Julie, Patricia) - overall terrible experience

Royal cab driver 707 didn't have a driver indentification, no meter, kept his taxi light in the trunk and quizzed female passenger until the point of uncomfortability. The company refuse to give his name or take the complaint seriously. Will be filing complaints further and will never trust this company again!

Worst taxi i have ever seen . I booked a cab but they don't show up till one hour i call two times they said it will come in 5 minute . Don't book their taxi you gonna waste your time
