I've used Aeroport Taxi and Limousine Service more than once, for both Pearson Airport and Billy Bishop Airport, and each time it was a positive experience. They are prompt and reliable, and the drivers are pleasant. I like how the receipt is sent to your email address and you may book your taxi online or through their app. It's convenient and I would use their service again.

Aeroport Taxi and Limo did something special! I called to book travel to airport for flight to Cuba. We were taking extra luggage with clothing, school supplies, baby aspirin and other drugstore items, etc to donate. Cuban people are still recovering from Hurricane Irma - especially in countryside. Said we'd need a larger vehicle because of extra bags. There's usually an extra cost for larger vehicle. Company waived fee for larger vehicle because extra bags were filled with humanitarian aid. Was NOT expecting that! Such a kind gesture! As always, vehicle arrived on time and driver was professional. Thank you Aeroport Taxi and Limo.

I always depend on Aeroport Taxi services. They are always on time, no matter how early or late is the request. the drivers are extremely polite and they always put safety first. the prices are reasonable as well. So time, courteous service and great prices, makes this the best service in town.

Quite simply EXCELLENT. Booked two vans a month in advance on the mobile app for a very early flight for a group. Prepaid incl. tip via stored credit card on the app. Pickup was on-time and perfect. Simply rolled out all our luggage and stepped in the van.... just EXCELLENT. Definitely my "go to" supplier for transfers in Toronto.

Service was not good. The driver was not very helpful with our bags. He also starting moving the car before we had the doors closed and we had not put our seat belts on yet. His driving was also very aggressive and sporadic (tailgating and changing lanes to get to highway exits at the last second). Not worst Taxi experience I've but definitely was not impressed.
