Panera foods are seriously overpriced and I understand that a little more elevated than fast food but the price is a joke. I spent close to $30 dollars for 1 smooth, salad and 2 cooks. service was fine, such as it is anymore -- you don't really interact with anyone most of the time. speed of service was fine, my food was ready reasonably quickly. quality of food was as good as ever. quantity, though, oof. i assume they're struggling with the same supply chain and inflation issues we all are, but it kind of stands out when your napa chicken salad sandwich has about as much chicken salad as does an oreo cookie. at least the sandwich bread and baguette were delicious.

The staff was quick and food was great. The Manger Destiney is awesome. She helped my daughter who spilled her drink. She was caring and kind. Top notch..! Kid-friendliness: Didn't get upset. Was helpful when daughter spilled drink.
I got a baker's dozen of bagels and modified the order to have specific flavors. I did not have time to check it in store and once I got to work to share the bagels, I noticed the bagel choices I selected for my order were not in my order, just the regular baseline. I tried contacting Panera and i did not receive any support in the mistake that they made.
How can you ruin a brownie? Save yourself some money and have some cardboard instead. We arrived with no expectations and still ended up very disappointed. Friendly staff... They should be paid more.Food: 1/5
Since the pandemic hit. Panera has been slowwwwwwwwwwwww with everything. You’re waiting at least 20 minutes for whatever you decided to order and they don’t care about the Doordash drivers and will only spend their time on the rapid pick up orders. There’s plenty of staff that’s behind the counter making the food so therefore “work shortage” isn’t the issue. There’s a older lady there the only one there that wears her little Panera hat and she was very very very rude to me when I tried to figure out why the order I was picking up wasn’t ready 30 minutes ago before I even got there. The staff tries their best but they definitely crack under pressure and hiring people just to hire them because it’s still not making a difference.
Order ahead or go somewhere else. I wish Panera offered its employees a fair wage so their “staffing shortage” didn’t cause such terrible wait times for customers. 40 min wait just to place an order on the only kiosk that wasn’t taken down. Employees were handling things well, but obviously working under unacceptable conditions.
Ridiculous. Wife ordered pickup and this is what we get? All the toppings are stuck to the box. I’m assuming they placed heavy stuff on it without clearly thinking about the flimsy box. Completely ruined. Thanks a lot.
I love Panera’s broccoli and cheddar soup.So I kee pcoming back for that.However they do have lot of other options to choose from like pizzas .The service was quick also was not very crowded.The soup is delicious.
