I usually go here for my bagel since it’s right across from work. I’ve had issues here and there but this last visit wasn’t great. They had about 4/5 people working and it still took too long to get one toasted bagel. Also, I ended up tossing my bagel because they burnt it bad. If I had seen that come out of the toaster I would have automatically done a new one, that’s how bad it was burnt. I couldn’t even bite it, it was so hard. $4 in the trash because I physically couldn’t eat it.
Gonna get right down to it and say this place really needs a cleaning. There is food all over the carpets and trash is overflowing. Every bench seat had trash or food underneath it… no way that was just from the morning rush. The staff used gloves but then touch the register with the same fingers without changing gloves. Can you imagine the amount of old food and human skin that is on that register screen. We can’t get away from germs but you can at least try when serving food to the public. There was a dirty wet rag next to the ovenwhich had burnt crumbs all under it and coffee machines with stains behind them on the wall. Also it looked like there was employee information sitting out by the registers which should be cleared off plus that violates staffs information. This place is dated and that’s fine if you can just keep it clean and make sure you’re serving in a sanitary environment. I would have taken more pictures but I’m sure the manager knows what I’m talking about. The bagel I ordered was messy and squished together. The flavor is good but it’s hard to enjoy when it falling apart in your hands .
Good food, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the store for folks who love bagels.

I'll give Asian and the crew their props: it's Saturday morning rush at 9:15am 4/8/23 and they're working at a brisk pace. Respecc!!
Employees were friendly. Food was good. Only thing I wish would change is for the dining area to open back up… I ate at a table outside but once it gets colder outside I would like the option to eat at a table inside so that I don’t have to take my bagel to-go.
Placed open six minutes late. I was told that a bagel I wanted would be ready in 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, they said it would be another 15 minutes.
We love Bruegger's bagels. When entertaining at home, we order a baker's dozen sliced with two cartons of cream cheese. It saves waiting in line as it is ready for pick up when we arrive. Plus, by ordering ahead, we get the selection that we want before a flavor sells out. We also walk to Bruegger's to enjoy a bagel sandwich with coffee. Only downside is there is no seating in Bruegger's however Caribou coffee has seating right next door.
Once again i drove there for nothing. Unless i wanted a cinnamon bagel. How do you have a bagel store without bagels? Mgr should be fired, I like Bruggers but not this store. run by armatures. Employees are bubbly and friendly, but have nothing to offer.Not my first time leaving this place with nothing, getting worst .
