The UPS Store

Horrible customer service and extremely rude . When I got there, there were already 2 people waiting outside and there was a sign that said `back in 5 minutes`. By the time she actually opened the door was 20 minutes later when the other 2 people had given up and left. I was the only one in the store and showed her my UPS slip and 2 other people came right after me and she cashed them out first and was just standing around ignoring me . I went up the cash and said i am here to pick up this UPS package and she pointed to where I was standing and said go stand back there in a demeaning way. I told her I was just there and she took 2 other customers that came after me first. She said a few other rude things in her broken english and would refuse to help. After 30 min she finally came and said my pck was not there! Thanks UPS!!! Canada Post is the choice to go!

The staff was nice and we were able to drop our package off with no fuss.

Service was half assed and didn't exactly answer my questions and just beat around the bush. Store is clean and organized though

4789 Leslie, I just went to pick up my package but it's a restaurant, it should be 5863 Leslie St. I got a headache for finding that ups
