This is a smaller gym but it never feels too busy. The equipment is excellent and the apps offered really help keep you on track. It feels like a community and the staff are excellent at keeping you motivated and accountable. I’m very glad I signed up here.

We have moved from Richmond two months ago . i was sad leaving my previous gym and wanted a similar experience. AF is amazing. The staff is polite and welcoming. The gym is small and cozy , and even though i have not been going as often as i would like, I look forward to my next workout

Great local gym. Was always fairly quiet when I went, equipment clean. Julia was very friendly and understanding when I had to cancel membership due to injury. Hope to return in the future.

I moved up only a month ago from the states and the first thing I wanted to establish was a gym to become a member at. Anytime is clean, organized and the staff is incredibly polite and welcoming! I never have to wait for equipment and the private bathrooms and showers are a plus! Fully recommend this location!

This location is great because I've only seen it with more than 10 people once, so for me, it makes it the ideal place because I'm not waiting for weights or any of the machines. Most people tend to keep to themselves with their headphones in, but the occasional eye contact is usually met with a smile and a head nod. The size of the gym isn't the biggest, but they make great use of it. Parking is easy and the location is nice and clean. Staff are always smiling and happy to help. The gym manager, Amanda, was very thorough when going over the contract, so there should be no surprises with what you're signing up for. Would highly recommend this gym to everyone
