Do NOT buy watches from this store. If you do - read insurance policy carefully before you do it and then make your decision, best to go somewhere else. Very poor customer service and low quality product. Update. I do not know how to answer to the Owners response, so I am replaying here. I do not need to email you because I was at your store and spoke with a sales lady and a manager. And I got a call from your store offering me Longines customer centre phone nubmer. This is the best what you can do! Provide me a phone number. Terribly dissapointed again.
Very ambiguous return or exchange policy for a watch. If I buy a watch from your store, i will definitely resize it as per my wrist size at your store. And if I resize it at your store then I lose return or exchange policy. If I don't wear the watch, i don't know how it feels like. Very bad customer service for a luxury watch store. I would really expect a better policies.
After a few poor or uninspiring experiences at local and franchise jewellery stores, Ann-Louise is a breath of fresh air. Their staff is well-trained, kind and welcoming. The designs are so unique, high quality and destined to be cherished for a lifetime. I've made two purchases one recently and the other a few months ago and I always find myself wearing those pieces over any others in my collection. I love the variety of gemstones offered and that they don't have those glaringly off-putting lab-created stones major chain jewellery stores now carry. The prices are really reasonable as well and you really are getting what you pay for and more.
Stan was one of the first to know that I was going to propose. He helped me find the perfect engagement ring which, almost 11 years later, my wife still wears today. We don't have need for jewelry often but when we do, we like to go to Stan at Ann Louise. We like the style of jewelry there and Stan always seems to make extra effort to ensure that we are finding what we like and are fully satisfied with it. We are detail-oriented and particular in what we like but Stan has always worked with us and met us where we are at. We recently purchased a 10-year anniversary band to complement my wife's original engagement ring. Stan made sure the it fit exactly right and my wife is thrilled now to be wearing it. If you have jewelry needs, we recommend that you talk to Stan at Ann Louise in Market Mall.
I had an amazing experience with Ann Louise and would definitely recommend their store to anyone looking for some jewelry. I was dealing with Stan and he was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If anyone is looking to have outstanding customer service with great prices please take a chance and stop by Ann Louise and ask for Stan you wont be let down. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will help you through every step.
The really short man that works here is quite arrogant. We went in to ask some questions a couple of weeks ago about the engagement ring and wedding band we purchased at the Ann Louis location in Kelowna 8 years ago. My wife was enquiring about the clarity and also about having it reset into a different style. When we left my wife asked me if her question about the diamonds clarity was stupid. My reply "no it was not because you do not cut gems for a living or sell cheap watches" This little fella dealt with us in such a rude manner we will never purchase anything from Ann Louis AGAIN. If he had been decent and not treated us like we were idiots it would have been an easy 3500 to 5000 dollars for your business. Now that money will go to someone else.
Very bad experience, totally not impressed from what you would expect to get when you buy a luxury watch. Due to the high amount of transaction my CC blocked the transaction, so i had to run to my car and get my cell to call them, when I was going back in the store they were talking about me and the transaction badly, and when she noticed I was already in the store and listened to her comments and gestures they embarrassed... Very unprofessional. Plus i asked if they offered engraving, she totally brushed off the question, I realized she either didn't know or didn't want to do the work. In general very bad experience.
Trustworthy, on-time service. You worked hard for us to meet the quality that we were looking for. You listened to us and honoured our requests. Together, we were able to create a custom look and our purchase was ready when you promised! Thank you Stan and team for making our shopping stress free!
I went into this store after having visited several other jewelry stores. I have a older locket that needed repair. Every other place either didn't want to do the job or wanted to overcharge me. I spoke to Stan at the Market Mall store and he not only said he could fix it, but suggested a better solution that would last a long time. He also gave me a great price, plus they cleaned the locket and it looks new again. I felt like he cared about my sentimental piece of jewelry and wanted to help. The turnaround time was extremely fast and I am very happy with the end result. Thank you!
I had an awesome experience and I highly recommend choosing your ring here. I bought a ring for my fiance who lives here in Calgary and Stan went above and beyond to make sure I could propose on time. I ordered a ring that had to be custom made because my fiance's finger was too small and because of Corona there was a lot of backup. I live in BC so the original arrangement was to ship the ring to the Ann-Louise in my town. It wasn't going to come in time so Stan made arrangements to have me borrow the same ring from the Ann-Louise that was close to me. I was able to propose on time and I just exchanged the ring with Stan when I came back to calgary to drop my fiance off for school this fall.
