Excellent experience! Monica was able to quickly find a solution for me to purchase the exact model I wanted while I was abroad for work. Throughout the years, Jim has been very helpful in all email inquiries and calls. Incredible staff that take pride in their work, highly recommend paying them a visit if your in Calgary.
Brinkhaus is a classy joint and one of my favourite places to visit and talk shop. The latest reno turned out fantastic and is very welcoming. The team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. But most importantly, they prioritize relationship building rather than transactional sales, which I highly value. They take time to get to know their clients and work together as team to deliver a seamless experience for their clients. Bravo Brinkhaus, and special thanks to Deven for being our go-to.
I stopped in to Brinkhaus to look at some IWC watches, I was honestly a little nervous walking into such a high end shop being a little underdressed. Monica treated us with extreme kindness, and respect. She helped me pick out a amazing timepiece,
Been dealing with Deven and staff for a number of years. Always friendly and accommodating. True watch enthusiasts as well, could sit and talk watches for hours. Great place to buy watches and jewellery!
Brinkhaus has been great to deal with. The store had a hiccup when I brought in my Cartier to have serviced and reconditioned, dropped it off and 4 weeks later it came back with a message of no service required but I still wanted it reconditioned and polished. Tom took care of me and had it resent it out, 3 weeks later its back in my possession and looks brand new again. The Asian lady who helped me when I picked it up since Tom was out was fantastic, very polite and courteous despite I was just there to pick up a serviced watch there was no lack of incredible attention and service.
I have visited the store multiple times and provided my name and contact # for Rolex steel models and it has been over couple years now...no luck for legit customers, but it goes to people who buy it and sell it on Kijiji for double the price. Below is the proof a person selling the Hulk on kijiji bought from Brinkhaus for $22,750...Should you blame Rolex or their ADs
I was happy to deal with Jim recently. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. We ordered a replacement watch strap for a watch that wasn't even purchased from their store. I was treated with the same respect as if I had come in for a high end purchase. Thanks again for your help and service Jim.
The team at the Brinkhaus has always been good to me, I've purchased a couple of watches with them. Great service! & Highly recommended! I look forward to purchasing with them for future purchases.

If I could put more stars, I will! I am new in town with zero purchase history in their store and started my communication with them via email. After a few pleasant exchanges, I decided to visit the store and they are the embodiment of luxury customer service. I have been a loyal customer of their company and I have been to their other locations which I also had an awesome experience but they are so far the best when it comes to making the experience feel very special at a personal level. They are after the relationship and not the sale. They will be very honest with you if the item is appropriate to you or not. I really appreciated that gesture and ended up getting 2 items in less than a month. Special shout out to Mr. J.D. for making the experience one of a kind!
