I spent some time looking around for my girlfriend’s engagement ring, I found Marlow's site online and decided to book an appointment and gave it a try. I just told Kanchan (Client service manager) what I was looking for and what my budget was for the Ring. She helped me from the very beginning and took the time to explain me about diamonds as I'm not very literate in that topic. Finally I was able to make my decision and found the ring after a few renders she sent me plus multiple diamond options. The all process was smooth and found her knowledge very helpful for my needs. I would recommend this place as they can work based on your needs and possibilities.

My fiance worked with Marlow to design my engagement ring and had a great experience. The quality is wonderful and the price was excellent! Today we went in to design our wedding bands and we had the opportunity to work with Kanchan - she was so helpful and did a great job. We love our bands and can’t wait to wear them. Marlow’s comes highly recommended!

My story isn't about an engagement ring, but one that I fell in love with while traveling abroad. I wasn't sure if it could be safely sized, but I was desperate to know. I reached out to Marlow, who was not only friendly and professional, but very thorough in asking questions to make sure he could help. He was very committed. When I got back into town, Kanchan met with me and sent it off for sizing. The ring fit, but kept spinning on my finger. She recommended having balls installed on the bottom. Within two weeks, I had a beautiful ring that sits perfectly and sparkles more than the day I bought it. I can't say enough positive things and would recommend Marlow Diamond and Design in a heartbeat.

Found Marlow's Diamond and Design on Google while looking for an engagement ring and was intrigued by the number of rave reviews from customers. Let me tell you, the reviews speak for themselves. Both Marlow and Kanchan were wonderful to work with, very understanding, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My fiancee and I absolutely love the ring design and quality. These two definitely know how to run a good business, because they've got ours again when we need wedding bands.
