I have had several custom jewelry made here. Marc and Connie took the time to go over my ideas and in the end made exceptional pieces. Earings with ocean blue diamonds, Two rings. One of which was made in memory of my dad. Thank you for your time and special touches!!

I would prefer to shop at a chain before visiting this place again. The woman who is the namesake Connie is something to be desired. She has an attitude. She talks at you like you are below her. I understand she owns a jewellery store but I don't think this woman can understand less is more if her life depended on it. She is more Gypsy than Glitzy! And the selection of jewellery is hideous.

Had a custom engagement ring made here. They worked within our short time line requirements, and brought in many stone options to choose from based on my preferences. The end result was exactly what I hope for. Beautiful and intricate metal work and within our budget! I'll be happy to wear this ring for the rest of my life.

I have spent a lot of money at this jewelry store in the past and they are usually great ! However I called today to inquire about a baby piggy bank that could be engraved and I was told to go to the mall and then hung up on ! Thank you for the great customer service Connie's ! I won't be shopping here in the future ! I'll be letting my family and friends know about my experience.
