I would never go back to this store again. Overall, the general trend seems to be that Peoples Jewellers is a horendous company with terrible customer service. This store sent away my necklace for repair after the chain broke for the SECOND TIME, lost all records of it being sent away, never returned my messages, and I'm now I'm out of a rose gold necklace that was a gift. Absolutely appalling.
