This is the only jewelry store that I could recommend. The team at Alberta Diamond actually made the ring shopping/design process very enjoyable. Never once felt like I was not getting great value for my purchase. Worked with Amy on a customized engagement ring. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My wife continues to get compliments on her ring nearly every single day. The process was very thorough and professional. Amy was incredibly thoughtful and made sure that I loved the end result. Honestly can't say enough about this store/staff. My only hope is that they don't change their approach to this business and continue to offer transparent pricing and products with outstanding service. Thanks so much ADE!

The staff, prices, and selection really sets this jeweler apart from the rest. I was in during the Christmas holidays to get an anniversary gift, and even with it being very busy, Lauren gave me all the time I needed to select the perfect ring. Which was no quick task, they have hundreds to choose from in all different styles. The biggest test I had for Alberta Diamond Exchange was to size the ring in a timely manner, which happened to be done in 4 days, one of which was Christmas! This group really impressed me, and I’ve already been back for an unbelievable deal on a gorgeous used watch.

Lauren and the whole staff at Alberta Diamond Exchange were very friendly and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured at all and they treated me more like a friend than being the typical sales person. I definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a diamond/jewelry to go here. I will definitely be back if I need anything else. Thanks!

If you are embarking on the wonderful journey of proposing marriage to your special lady and are looking for something more personal and unique than the chain store experience then Alberta Diamond Exchange is for you. Melissa made the process so easy and fun, offering customized options and a whole lot of education along the way. She really wants the best for her clients on any budget and incorporated all the elements I was looking for in a stunning final product that my now fiancè is thrilled with. I always love supporting local business and Alberta Diamond Exchange has been absolutely impeccable on service and delivery of the final product. Amy and Andy were both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on every aspect in the diamond purchasing process. As first time buyers, we were very lucky to have them. Amy took the time to help us design the engagement ring, and worked with my fiance (now husband) to make sure everything went smoothly and on time, and also helped us with our wedding bands. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any piece of jewelry. MM
