The rooms were updated and clean. The staff was nice. The breakfast options were just as good as a hotel that costs twice as much

The location is dated, but fairly clean with the exception of smokey hallways at times. I would not book expecting your typical Americinn standards. This is a step down from what you normally see from them. There are still smoking units in this building and they do allow smoke to escape into the hallways. Stayed in a non smoking room and still had our clothes and suitcases smell slightly like smoke when we left. The pool was small, but clean. Unfortunately it is closed right now as a vehicle hit the wall of the pool room, breaking a couple windows and creating some structural repair needs.

Most customer service. Came here for a kids birthday party, because of the pool. The pool is closed and they will not refund our money, because we booked through Windham and they would have to pay 30%. Sounds like cost of doing business to me. Maybe you should carry insurance. Refused to help us. Also this place is filthy.

Place was affordable, very clean and rooms were perfect. Great breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly. Definately will stay there again.
