they said it's Under new management and we saw the difference when we were there again in June/2016. Staff was very friendly and helpful and rooms were very clean & comfortable. breakfast ,premium movies & sports TV channels and access to the gym was great experience. we will definitely be staying there again in future,

Check in was quick and friendly with the owner at the front desk. We had been given a room that was not cleaned yet but he was very fast and understanding with giving us a new room. The room was clean and large for how cheap it was. We loved the bathroom. The only thing was the small breakfast variety and not served hot so you had to microwave things on your own. Overall great experience for us, thank you Rodeway Inn.

The best thing about this place is the service and it’s mediocre at best. Place need renovation badly. The rooms have no fire sprinkler, no elevator to the second floor. Old bed sheet and ripped bed that uncomfortable. Worst thing is the heater have burnt smell.

I'm not sure what to think of my experience. I booked a room over a month ago over the phone and had notes of who I spoke to, what day I reserved the room, AND a confirmation number. When I came in to check in (and the people I was sharing a room with), there was no one at the front desk, when someone finally came out, it took 30 minutes to check in. From what I came out of the check in, it was as if my room was never reserved and I was lucky there was one room left. We weren't in our room for most the night, but when we went to bed the AC unit was not that great. I slept right next to it and my partner and I were just sweating the whole night. The towels smelled HORRIBLE, and I'm not talking about the bleach part, they literally smelt like someone through used towels in a dryer and then put them back in the room. I didn't notice until the next morning that one of towels that was all rolled up was covered in hair as if someone shaved their face right next to it. The coffee maker didn't have a coffee pot, there were no cups to drink out of, and I thought it was truly bizarre that there was a flat sheet covering the mattress and not a fitted sheet. The beds seemed clean, but also smelt bad at the same time. This was the last hotel available for the wedding that we were attending to and I'm glad it was a one time thing. I've been housekeeper for a bed and breakfast and an assisted living, so this is coming from a perspective as a cleaning person and as a guest.
