This place is a dump! Totally run down and worn out. And the beds are terrible! The comforter was nasty, too. It even had holes in it! I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. And the people giving this place more than two stars need to get out more! This was one of the dumpiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

I haven't stayed in one of the hotel rooms because we live in the area but we have used their pool for various parties and get-togethers and have also gone on open swim nights you can get into the pool for $5 per person. I wanted to give this place a higher rating but unfortunately the cleanliness is a factor. Several times their bathroom is dirty and we have even seen feces on the floor. When we come for open swim night there is only one bathroom to change in it would be nice if there were at least two. And several times and we've come to swim it's like they didn't turn the heat on in the pool, the water was very cold. It wouldn't take much to get a higher rating they just need staff to keep up on cleanliness a little better.

Very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Fantastic breakfasts. Felt very pampered. Loved the whirlpool. The staff helped me carry shopping bags to my room. Wonderful stay. Thank you everyone. I'd come back anytime (love the waffles too).

Didn't have much interaction with staff or anything. I was just attending a b-day party. But overall the event setting was pleasant. Everything seems to have been updated somewhat recently.

I was in this area for exhibition and opted to stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and king bed was so comfortable. I will stay there again.
