AmericInn Lodge & Suites North Branch

The hotel was nice and clean. I only spent one night there and didn't have any issues. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions. The room itself was clean the beds were a little to firm for my liking I like them a little on the soft side. The pillows were nice for me though not to puffy so it feels like your choking. I didn't eat the breakfast so I have no comment on that. They do have a pool, hot tub, and pool table you can use there.

The room was nice. Did find a bug by the window the next morning they gave me a discount which was nice. Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice

They provided us with very poor customer service especially trying to checking in. They had lost our reservation for a few hours before they discovered it . The breakfast ran from 6 to 10 but food was gone by 8 o'clock and coffee was rarely ever refilled during the day . Staff was not very friendly and definitely made themself scarce when there were needs that they knew about. Definitely would not recommend nor will be returning to this particular one.

Overall, clean and nice. The staff was friendly, wonderful choices for breakfast. Unfortunately, I am a smoker and just thought maybe they could empty the smoke station of its butts so that they weren't on the ground all over. Pool was warm and nice after being in the heat all day.

The room smelled like mildew the pool was no more then 55 degrees the hot tub, shower and arcades machines all out of order. No clean towels for the pool but had used ones all over nice staff but definitely short handed
